US Administration should declare India a terrorist State.

35 Sikhs Murdered on March 20, 2000 in Indian Occupied Kashmir. Fingerprints of Indian Intelligence Agencies are all over the gruesome massacre of Sikh innocents

Washington, DC: March 22, 2000:In a state-sponsored act of terrorism, on the eve of President Clinton’s state visit to India, 35 innocent Sikh men from Chati Singhpura Mattan, were dragged out of their homes and executed on Monday night by a 40-man contingent of the Indian Army. The Sikh majority village where the horrific crime took place is located a little over 40 miles from Srinagar, the capital of disputed Kashmir. Chicago gangster, Al Capone, chose Valentine’s Day for his murders and the rogue RSS elements in the Indian army selected the day of the Holi festival of the Hindus to play with innocent Sikh blood instead of playing with the usual colored water. These murders follow by a few days an incident reported by the Indian media where a contingent of the Border Security Force torched a whole Muslim neighborhood in Indian occupied Kashmir when one of the soldiers of that force was killed by a mine.

Today’s The Times of India carried an anonymous Srinagar datelined story that states, “unidentified gunmen massacred 35 men after separating them from their families in a Sikh village in Kashmir late on Monday, in a first major attack on the small Sikh community since the Muslim insurgency began 10 years ago, police said on Tuesday.” The cryptic report, a photocopy of which is appended below goes on to say that “The incident came as President Clinton was about to begin a state visit to India, with the declared objective of trying to reduce tensions between Indian and Pakistan. Both countries claim Kashmir and have gone to war twice over the Himalayan territory.”

According to the same story, “Gunmen entered the village of Chati Singpura Mattan after dark on Monday and forced the residents from their homes, police officials said on condition of anonymity. They segregated men from the women, announcing that they were conducting a crackdown. Indian security forces operate similarly when searching a neighborhood for militants they suspect may be hiding there. Then the gunmen open fire on the men killing 35 of them. One man was critically wounded and taken to hospital.”

The fingerprints and the usual folly of RAW, the Indian Intelligence Agency with it former head serving as the Governor of Kashmir, are all over the tragic incident. It is not surprising that the Governor’s brother, Naresh Chandra, is the Indian Ambassador to the United States and was involved in planning of Mr. Clinton’s visit to India.

Independent evidence received from our sources in Kashimir and Khalistan suggests that RAW orchestrated this mass murder for several reasons: a) to impress the visiting American President and his entourage of Pakistani and Kashmiri partisan involvement in senseless terrorist acts which would bring a bad name to a genuine movement for self-determination; b) to create ill-will between the two monotheistic groups, the Sikh and the Muslim Kashmiris who have been strong allies throughout the decade long Kashmir insurgency and the mini war in Kargil last year; c) to encourage a migration of the Sikh minority, living in the Srinagar Valley and dominating the transportation on a sole and strategic road that connects the Valley to India, enabling the Indian army to continue its pouring of fresh troops into the oppressed region of Kashmir.

India’s strong motive for committing such an atrocious crime is apparent. Could 40 gunmen “speaking Urdu,” as the Indian media suggests, go on a rampage, undetected and unchallenged near the heartland of Kashmir, when half a million strong Indian army occupies the region with strict surveillance? If so, we have serious doubts about the competency of the Indian Army.

We accuse India’s right-wing Brahmin BJP rulers, who under their Swastica banner have killed numerous other minorities with full consent of the Indian judiciary and parliament. This incident is a clear attempt to tarnish the image of the genuine Kashmiri freedom movement during Mr. Clinton’s visit and to initiate the ethnic cleansing of the Sikhs minority, which dominated the transportation on a vital highway. We beseech the United States Administration to put aside its economic interests and declare India a terrorist state.

As quoted earlier, the Indian operative who planted the aforementioned The Times of India story stated that the “Police officials said on condition of anonymity.” We ask our readers, why would a police official request anonymity to state that the gunmen entered a village after dark? Perhaps, the India Home (Police) Minister, L K Advani, a staunch proponent of the Swastika invasion that is sweeping India, can explain the logic behind his minion’s request for anonymity!
