Circumventing United States Non-Proliferation Laws & Intimadating The Sikh and Muslim Punjabis!
Washington, D.C., Monday, May 11, 1998 - Is the insecure fundamentalist Hindu BJP government of India, stunned and confused by the surprise Ghauri missile test (by which Pakistan leveled the diplomatic and strategic field in South Asia and caught up with India in missilery) about to contaminate the Sikh homeland of Occupied Punjab, Khalistan , and Pakistani Punjab, with Nuclear fall out from an underground atomic test at Pokhran which will adversely effect the health of the present and future generations of Punjabis, both Pakistani and Sikh?The ruling Brahmin dominated coterie's confused reaction to the Pakistani missile test, reflecting the psychohistory of ever a thousand years of Hindu subjugation- without a break- under the Muslim, Sikh and British rulers, a longevity record of slavery unmatched by any other colored people in the history of the world, is full of the traditional Brahmanlok's fear and deep inferiority complex . The Indian reaction is a classic example of geopolitical "shadow boxing" and confusion - it is packed with lies, it is noisy, it is full of bravado and phantoms and the whole exercise is shrouded in the proverbial cloak of Brahmin double - talk, hypocrisy and craftiness. But it has a purpose.
The Indian reaction is best personified by that country's Defense minister, Mr. George Fernandes - hailing from the Christian minority, and a convert form a lower Shudra caste, whose Samata party is a partner of the BJP ruling coalition - who has found the missile test a great opportunity to prove his loyalty to the chauvinist ultra- nationalist Hindu Brahmin fundamentalists now in power, in Delhi.
Mr. Fernandes has suddenly discovered, following the Ghauri test, that China was the "mother" of the Pakistani missile. How he found that out he didn't say! He has also since suddenly discovered that China, the third largest country in the world - 3,696,100 square miles - has not only been stockpiling nuclear weapons of all places in Tibet but has extended the runaways of half a dozen airfields in that barren and forbidding land to threaten every Indian city on the Ganges and Jumna rivers, like Delhi, Agra, Lucknow, Allahabad, Benares, Patna, Calcutta, and a host of other cities, which are less than 300 miles as the crow flies form the Tibetan Autonomous region of China. India has finally discovered this fact of geography after fifty years!
China, according to the Indian defense minister, has also been building heliports in disputed Arunachal Pradesh in Eastern India. The Indian minister has also discovered a sophisticated Chinese Naval base, which monitors India's radio communications, from the Burmese owned Cocos Islands, located East of Bangladesh, in the Andaman Sea 5,000 miles from China. This discovery has necessitated the creation of a new Indian Naval command head quartered in the remote Indian owned island in the Bay of Bengal (Nicobar and Andaman Islands group) 2000 miles from India but very close to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
To package and sell the above "gems of information" and "geographic discoveries" to the gullible Americans some of whom in the absence of an enemy see China as a future enemy, the Defense Minister's Committee, setup in 1947, which last met twenty years ago in 1978, was recently convened in Delhi to; "Extensively discuss India's strategic threat perceptions, innovative doctrines and a possible action plan for the future". The meeting was addressed by Dr. Abdul Kalam the father of Indian Missilery. This committee will also provide a forum from now on for India's Service chiefs, and will meet on the third Thursday of every month thus providing a fast track mechanism for decision making.
By a strange coincidence, the morally repugnant Swastika worshipping rulers in Delhi, most of them hailing from the Brahmin caste which survives by crushing the human rights of the majority Shudra caste and other minorities in Indian society, have all of a sudden become concerned with the human rights of the 2 million strong Tibetan minority living in the autonomous Tibetan region of China where the conditions are ten times better than in Kashmir or Nagaland where hundred of thousands of Indian troops have been murdering and raping the Muslim and Christian population using the same methods they used in Indian Punjab not so long ago when they murdered over 100,000 Sikh youth.
India's Hindu fundamentalist rulers, in another coincidence, have dispatched the permanent Secretary of the Indian External Affairs ministry, Krishnan Raghunath, to the United States. The man arrived in Washington last week, presumably to brief the US State department on the above mentioned "discoveries" of the Indian Defense Minister, perhaps hoping to receive a "wink and a nod" of American support from some gullible Americans searching for an enemy now that Soviet Union is no more. Our sources in the Indian embassy however, tell us that Mr. Raghunath's real mission is to test the temperature of the non-proliferation lobby in Washington before India tests a nuclear device at Pokharan in Rajasthan, 60 miles from Pakistani Punjab and in Sikh Punjab's backyard. Such a test, the fundamentalist Brahmins hope, will intimidate the Punjabis, both Sikh and Muslim. Some hope!
In the meantime preparations for an Indian nuclear test has been further confirmed by our sources in India, (who so far have never been wrong, having millions of pairs of eyes and ears fixed to the ground) who report all kinds of feverish night time activities, in the vicinity of Pokharan in Rajasthan state 60 miles from the Pakistan border. The question is will the United States allow the fascists in Delhi to circumvent the US-non-proliferation laws? Only time will tell!
