Over 3 million Sikhs dissappear from India's Census count
Census report claims India's Muslim community increased its rate of growth to 36%, in the decade 1991-2001, while the growth rate of the Sikh community dropped to 18 % in the same period

Washington, D.C., Wednesday, September 08, 2004 - The Indian Census Commission released an obviously doctored and phony report in New Delhi, on Monday, on population numbers of religious groups in India. The Report, cooked up by BJP appointed Census Commission 'Babus', claims a Sikh population of 19 million, instead of 22 million - three million Sikhs just disappeared. It also claims that, during the decade 1991-2001, the Sikhs showed one of the lowest growth rate in India of 18.2%, 'due to infertility' - implying Sikh males hve become sterile.The Sikhs, the Census report claimed, have the lowest Male to Female Sex ratio implying female infanticide in which activity the Hindus have led the world for ages or is it a diabolical scheme of statistical genocide? As a result of the low sex ratio the Census 'Babus' reports a drop of 6%, over the Sikh growth rate of 24.3%, to 18.2% forgetting to mention the horrendous decade of 1981-91, when over one hundred and fifty thousand brave Sikh Freedom Fighters were killed by India's state-sponsored- terrorism after the June 1984 Indian Army attack on Sikhism's holiest shrine, the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple) Amritsar.
The census report, was released, in New Delhi on Monday, by the Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India, J. K. Bhantia, in the presence of that infamous Quisling and black market trader of stolen Sikh historical artifacts, the corrupt Chairperson of India's socalled National Minorities Commission, Tarlochan Singh. In sharp contrast to the Sikhs, (the 'Babus' at the Indian Census Commission falsely claimed in the Report) that the beleaguered, deprived, excluded dirt-poor Muslim population - India's new 'Untouchables' - grew at a faster rate - @ 36% - higher than any other community in India. A world record?
Out of a total population of one billion twenty eight million (102.8 crore) in the country, as at the 2001 Census, the Hindus were 827 million (82.7 crore) in number and constituted 80.5% of the total population. (http://www.censusindia.net/) The figure of 827 million Hindus includes the ruling criminal coalition minority of Brahmin/Kashatriya upper castes, numbering a little over one hundred million, as well as 180 million achuta or 'Untouchables' and over five hundred million lower caste Sudras who cannot, and do not, socialize or intermingle with the upper castes a la the Untouchables (http://magma.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/0306/feature1/index.html) but they are still classified as Hindus.
The report points out that as regards the disparity of the absolute and relative number of male and female population in the society, expressed in terms of sex ratio or number of females per thousand males, the Sikhs (at 893?: Sex ratio 0-6 years at 780) were far below the national average of 933. "The Hindus (931) were slightly below the national average of 933, whereas Muslims returned 936. The sex ratio among the Christian population grew handsomely from 994 in 1991 to 1009 in 2001. For the Buddhists and the Jains the sex ratio remained almost the same at 953 and 950, respectively," the report said. In terms of proportion of children in the age group 0 to 6 years, the country average for all communities combined stood at 15.9 per cent. However, the proportion of child population among both Sikh (12.8 per cent) and Jains (10.6 per cent) are "indication of low fertility", the report points out. Among Hindus and Muslims the proportions of child population were 15.6 per cent and 18.3 per cent respectively.
The Muslim population is supposed to have shot up to 138 million (13.8 crore) which is 13.4% of India's ever increasing population of over a billion as compared to 12% in the last census. (http://www.odci.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/in.html) Incidenly the figure of 138 million Muslims is nearly double the 1981 Census of India figure of Muslims of a little over seventy five million (75, 512, 439: 11.35%: Source Census of India, 1981, Series-1). This would make this increase the fastest increase, in a twenty years period, in the history of mankind. Obviously this Muslim increase was thought up by the fascist BJP government, before it lost the recent general election, and was meant to further the Hindutva-fundamentalist post-election agenda which could be helped by politically convenient anti/Muslim pogroms a la Gujrat. This inflated figure of 138 million, it is obvious, is also meant to make it easier for India to apply for membership of the OIC (Organization of Islamic Conference) in which organization all the wealthy Muslim oil-surplus Muslim countries are members. Even pro-Hindu Quisling, Tarlochan Singh is reported, by the TELEGRAPH Calcutta, to have said in Delhi that, "This (census) report is not meant for political slogans, I am apprehensive that it was only a matter of time before the census report was used to hit out at the minorities for the high "growth rate". The other side of the conspiracy 'coin' is that the total Sikh population of India has been made to statistically 'slow march' backwards. The Sikh population which has now dropped in the Census books to nineteen million (19, 215, 730) - Rural Sikhs 14, 106, 481 & Urban Sikhs 5, 109, 249, according to India's census 2001. The object being to make the Sikhs a minority in their Punjab homeland whose river water resources are coveted by non-riparian Hindu-majority states of Rajasthan and Haryana. The Christians in India are shown by the Census report to now number more than the Sikhs, at 24 million Christians, Buddhists number 7.9 million, Jains 4.2 million and those following ‘Other’ religions and persuasions are numbered at 6.6 million.

The non-riparian Hindu majority state of Haryana is next and has one million one hundred seventy thousand six hundred and sixty two Sikhs (1, 170. 662: 5.5% of the state's population); Rajasthan is next with eight hundred eighteen thousand four hundred and twenty Sikhs (818, 420: 1.4% of the states population); Utter Pradesh (U.P.) is next with six huundred seventy eight thousand and fifty nine (678, 059: 0.4% of the population of the state); Delhi's Sikh population, the Census people claim, has shrunk to five hundred fifty five six hundred and two Sikhs (555, 602: 4% of Delhi's population); Maharashtra has 215, 337 Sikhs; the new state of Uttaranchel has 212, 025 Sikhs; Jammu & Kashmir has 207, 154 Sikhs; Madhya Pradesh has 150, 772 Sikhs; and Chandigarh has 145, 175 Sikhs who make up 16% of the city's population. One million six hundred forty thousand and seven hundred and ninty nine Sikhs live in the remaining states and territories with six (just six) Sikhs domiciled in remote Lakshadweep Islands in the Arabian Sea of Kerala.
In the Punjab, (click at: http://www.censusindia.net/religiondata/index.html then click aon 'DATA FILES' in the Data on Religion Tables, then go to item 789) out of a total population of twenty four million three hundred anf fifty eight thousand nine hundred and ninty nine (Total 24, 358, 999: Rural-16, 096, 488; Urban-8, 262, 571), the Sikh community, the Census 'Babus' say, now numbers ONLY 14, 592, 387 ( Rural-11, 567, 437; Urban-3, 024, 950). Non-Sikh urbanites in the Punjab - who numbered less than half of the Sikh urbanites a few years ago - have overtaken the Sikh urban population with a total of 5, 237, 521. Even the Non-Sikh rural population numbers for Punjab show a similar pattern. The non-Sikh rural population has zoomed to nearly five million (4, 529, 051 to be exact) from next to nothing three decades ago thanks to the Indian government sponsored 'Bihari invasion' which has given an opportunity for the Census Bureau 'Babus' to cook the non-Sikh figures for Punjab.
According to the Encyclopedia Britanica - Book of the Year, 2003 - quoted in The World Almanac and Book of Facts-2004 published by the New York Times (ISBN 0-88687-911-6: page 612) there are nearly twenty three million (22, 961, 000) Sikhs just in Asia alone including India. If one were to believe the Indian census-2001 figures, there are ninteen million two hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred and thirty (19, 215, 730) Sikhs in India. That means, that after subtracting the India census's Sikh total in India from the Asia total of Encyclopedis Brittanica-2003, there are three million seven hundred forty five thousand and two hundred seventy (3, 745, 270) Sikhs living outside India in the rest of Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Pakistan and Iran et al.
We know of the small Sikh communities in different Asian countries, numbering in the tens of thousands, and we also know about the three million strong Sikh diaspora prospering worldwide in the America's, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia but the yarn of an extra three and a half million Sikhs abroad in Asia is too much to swallow. It does however, give us a window to peep into the Indian rulers Machiavellian mind and see his diabolical plans for the twenty two million Sikhs held captive behind the barbed wire 'Berlin Wall', astride the Indian border with Pakistan, since 1947 when Imperial Britain quit South Asia. Many questions have been raised in the Indian media about the doctoring of the latest Census report which is nothing new. The Punjab state government which showed courage by passing the bill on river waters ought to take another stand and carry out a census in the Punjab to nail the Indian Census Machiavellian lies.
More than two years ago, in our May 23, 2001 column, headlined, "Appeal to the World Bank, IMF, US State Department et al., to nail the lie about India's Phony National Literacy Rate of 65.3% in the 2001 census", and exposed the phony Indian practice of doctoring Census figures (home/khalistancalling/2001/may23.aspx) but the latest episode of statistical genocide takes the cake. We urge all our readers to write to the above international institutions and Encyclopedias, and everybody else, about the statistical genocide underway in the world's largest oligarchic Castocracy- IINDIA.
LATE PRESS: According to a Tribune newspaper report by S. Satyanarayanan, The government of India has confessed and issued revised data of the religious Census after carrying out vital corrections that show that the population growth rate of Muslim community during the decade 1991-2001 has come down, not increased as earlier reported. As per the new data, the Muslim community still has the highest growth rate of 29.3 per cent (NOT 36% as announced on Monday) which is 3.6 per cent less than the 1991 growth rate of 32.9 per cent. The revised figures, again target the Sikh community. It is NOW claimed that the Sikh population growth rate is NOT 18.2 per cent but lower. The revised figures now puts the Sikh growth rate even lower and is now shown as 16.9 per cent. The statistical genocide of the Sikhs continues.
