The Indian demoNcracy, headed by a spineless ‘Sikh’ Prime minister, closes the case against Jagdish Tytler one of the main god fathers of the November 1984 state-sanctioned anti-Sikh pogrom in which over ten thousand innocents Sikhs were murdered

Diaspora Sikhs suggest a posthumous public trial in an open People’s Court assembled outside India for mass-murderers PM’s Rajiv Gandhi & Indira Gandhi

Washington, D.C., Wednesday, October 10, 2007 - A few days ago the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) of the Indian demoNcracy, headed by a spineless ‘Sikh’ Prime minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, closed a November 1984 state-supervised anti-Sikh mass-murder case against senior Congress party leader Jagdish Tytler who was seen in 1984, by thousands of witnesses, leading murderous Hindu mobs in their killing and arson spree against thousands of innocent Sikh men, women and children and their property in Delhi.

The above mentioned CBI case was supposed to investigate and nail former Union minister, senior Congress party leader and confidant of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi/ Rahul Gandhi, the infamous Jagdish Tytler, and charge him for his role in the mass murder of thousands of innocent Sikh men, women and children put to death by Hindu mobs during the November 1984 bloody state-sponsored anti-Sikh pogrom. The mass murders during the state-supervised anti-Sikh killings were sanctioned (with a simple ‘wink and a nod’) by none other than the then Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, the husband of Italian-citizen turned ‘king maker of India’ Signora Sonia Maino Gandhi and father of Ms. Paryanka and the ‘young pretender’ to the Indian Prime Minister’s ‘throne’, the 37 years old effeminate bachelor Signor Rahul Gandhi. The CBI, India’s premier investigative agency, in its closure report filed before a New Delhi court, is reported to have stated falsely – to its eternal shame - that many of the witnesses in this particular case were either dead or did not want to testify and therefore the agency was unable to find witnesses to support the government’s charges against the thug and mass murderer Jagdish Tytler. This is a brazen lie! Meanwhile, the CBI has concurrently filed a charge sheet in one of the related cases in which one Suresh Kumar (>  http://www.tribuneindia.com/2007/20070929/nation.htm  <) was accused of inciting a mob against the Sikh community in November 1984. One wonders how the CBI could find witnesses/victims for this thug when it could not find them for the other thug, Jagdish Tytler?

Lest people forget the state-sponsored ‘hell’ India’s Sikh minority went through, all over India, during the four days of November 1984, an excellent, very moving and spine-chilling eye witness audio account of that November 1984 state-supervised pogrom, covering the bloody happenings in India's capital city Delhi, in which thousands of Sikhs were murdered by Hindu mobs rampaging under Police supervision, and led by thugs like Jagdish Tytler, is readily available. An eye witness account is narrated by a Punjabi writer and novelist, one Ms. Ajeet Kaur, and her spine-chilling evidence narrated in chaste Punjabi, (and recorded under the auspices of the South Asia Literature program of the U.S. Library of Congress, headlined 'November 1984',) can be heard by clicking at the following link:> http://lcweb2.loc.gov/mbrs/master/salrp/07202.mp3  < All Khalistan Calling  readers are urged to find the time to hear this audio recording of the 1984 tragedy, even if they have heard it before, as it would refresh their memory and strengthen their resolve to fight for justice in the world’s largest oligarchic dynastic Castocracy, India.

There is no way the CBI would have continued with the above case against Jagdish Tytler as they had a notation in their files that on October 30, 2005, (nearly two years ago) 'poster-boy' Indian Prime minister Manmohan Singh, a turbaned Sikh, had bared his 'Quisling' soul, by personally going and placing a floral wreath on the death-bed of another Congress party thug who like Jagdish Tytler was a prominent organizer of that November 1984 pogrom and had led the rampaging Hindu mobs, the late H. K. L. Bhagat. This thuggish mass murderer (Bhagat) was among the few thugs indicted by the Nanavati Commission for allegedly instigating the anti-Sikh mass killings of November 1984 in Delhi. The English language has an expression for just this kind of wicked, 'in your eye', calculated rudeness which has been directed at every Sikh by a Sikh Prime Minister’s (Manmohan Singhs') action. It is called a 'studied insult'. Mr. Manmohan Singh’s October 2005 studied insult of honoring a thug whose hands were covered, a la Jagdish Tytler, with the blood of thousands of innocent Sikh men women and children, all victims of the November 1984 state-supervised pogrom in Delhi, was a clear hint for the CBI to pigeon-hole and muddle the Jagdish Tytler enquiry. Readers will recollect that, over three years ago there were some misgivings and questions from a section of our readers when, the Khalistan Calling of June 09, 2004, was published with a prescient  headline which read, "Sikhon` ko Dr. Manmohan Singh kay prime minister bunnay say kyaamila?" --- "What did the Sikhs gain from Mrs Sonia Gandhi's appointment of a Sikh, as Prime minister of India?" (>  www.khalistan-affairs.org/khalistancalling/2004/june09.aspx  <) Events are slowly proving the correctness of the three years old observation that Mr. Manmohan Singh is no Sikh-friendly 'Sikh' and is only a lackey of the Nehru dynasty and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and is not about to safeguard Sikh national interests or bow to Sikh sentiment.

A record of what happened to the Sikh community in New Delhi on those brutal law-less days of November 1984, is also recorded for ever on the website, “Carnage 84” which very moving narrative can be read by clicking at the following links: >  www.carnage84.com/intro/intro.htm  < and > www.carnage84.com/homepage/mainpage.htm  < An  Op-ED by Kanchan Gupta published by Rediff.com on November 1, 2004, headlined, “Light a candle for 4,733 Sikhs slaughtered by Congress party hoods,” gives a spine chilling description of the November 1984 mass murders/ rapes/ arson and can be read by clicking at: > http://us.rediff.com/news/2004/nov/01kanch.htm  < Although the CBI has now falsely claimed otherwise that, many of the witnesses were either dead or did not want to testify and therefore the agency was unable to find witnesses to support the government’s charges against the thug and mass murderer Jagdish Tytler. Most Sikh victims and eye witnesses of that November holocaust are neither dead nor silent as they are believers in a famous, and well-remembered, line from Russian dissident poet Yevgeni Yevtushenko: which reads that, "When truth is replaced by silence, the silence is a lie."

There are hundreds of Sikh eye witnesses and victims who are not silent and who saw Jagdish Tytler, and other evil Congress party thugs of that ilk, leading and participating in the bloody police-supervised massacres of thousands of innocent Sikh men, women and children (and burning of their properties and their 450 Gurdwaras in Delhi - places of worship) in Delhi in those four dark days of the ‘long knives’ in November 1984. Any one, including the weak-kneed Prime minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh can go down to the Gurdwara Shaheedan in Delhi where Sikh widows, of the November 1984 carnage, still walk down the narrow steps to a gurdwara basement gallery where walls are crammed with pictures of their loved ones lynched by Hindu mobs nearly 23 years ago. At Gurdwara Shahidan in Delhi, the Sikh widows pray not only for their lost ones, and for justice and rehabilitation, but for thousands of their unemployed, emotionally disturbed, second-generation surviving children driven to drugs and crime who wander outside in clusters like zombies with glassy looks. The CBI can find many eye witnesses there who are not dead and who are not afraid to give evidence against the likes of thugs like Jagdish Tytler.

As far as the Sikhs are concerned June and November 1984 holocausts have not been forgotten. They will NEVER be forgotten! Sikhs have always remembered their martyrs and their ‘ghallugharas’. Neither have the Sikhs forgotten thugs like Jagdish Tytler (Indira Gandhi & Rajiv Gandhi et al.,) whose hands are covered with innocent Sikh blood. Many wise men and women among the 3 million strong diaspora Sikhs, who are free, prosperous and muscular are thinking about organizing a posthumous open public trial, outside India, of that mass murderer, the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi (and his mother Mrs. Indira Gandhi) so that the Sikh generations born in the 1980’s and in later years are educated about the crimes of the evil Nehru dynasty which has been ruling India for nearly half a century by prostituting the ‘Gandhi’ name. This posthumous open public trial, to be held outside India would educate the Sikh youth to look at the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi (and also his mother Prime Minister Indira Gandhi) through a microscope as a mass murderer, whose unread Italian wife, Signora Sonia Maino Gandhi is currently strutting around playing the ‘King-maker’ in palaces built in New Delhi by the Colonial British on stolen Sikh gurdwara lands.

The younger Sikh generation needs to be educated about this evil and phony Nehru dynasty which masquerades as a Gandhi dynasty, to remind the youngsters about what happened in India, in June and November 1984, and who the guilty parties were, who ordered the two mass murders of thousands of their older Sikh compatriots?  The public trial would give meaning to the Sikh prayer “Raj Karayga Khalsa” which calls for an independent, democratic, water and food rich buffer state of Khalistan (located between warring nuclear-armed India and Pakistan) which would enable the 25 million strong Sikh nation to prosper and act as a bridge of peace and commerce between South and Central Asia – Oil, Gas and precious stones from Central Asia and food, textiles, and light engineering goods from South Asia.
