reliable inside sources in India - who have NEVER failed us in the past -
report that another "terrorist" attack (a la the Indian
orchestrated December 13th parliament tamasha in New Delhi and the December
21st officially 'arranged' massacre of four innocent Sikh women in Indian-held
Kashmir) is currently being organized and rehearsed by the 'dirty tricks'
department of an Indian intelligence agency. For this new outrage some
Pakistani Taliban POW'S (recently imported - purchased - by the Indian
government from some greedy Afghan warlords) will be promptly 'caught'
red-handed' by the Indian police and will be presented to the world media
as proof of so-called cross-border terrorism.

Incidentally our well-informed
sources in India (and the Charhdi Kala
newspaper which carries the weekly Khalistan

were complimented recently by a former White House official, Senate staffer and
Vice Chairman of the National Intelligence Council, Mr. Gregory F. Treverton on page two of his recent book, "Reshaping National Intelligence for an age
of Information," about the accuracy of our May 07, 1998
expose/prediction about Indian preparations for the mid-May nuclear tests. On
page two of the book George Treverton
repeats the concluding paragraph of our May 07, 1998, expose which reads:
"Preparations for an Indian nuclear test has been further confirmed by our
sources in India (who so far have never been wrong having millions of pairs of
eyes and ears fixed to the ground) who report all kinds of feverish nighttime
activities in the vicinity of Pokharan in Rajasthan state 60 miles from the
Pakistan border." This must-read outstanding book is published by the
Cambridge University Press (ISBN 0-521 58096 X hardback) and is recommended by
three former Directors of Central Intelligence Agency (James Woolsey, James
Schlesinger, Robert M. Gates) and Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski among others on the
back jacket. We are flattered, nay elated, and makes us very proud of our
sources in India who have never failed us. May God bless them and
protect them from the fascist BJP regime which misrules India.
Reverting to the
subject of Indian state-sponsored terrorism and the 'next' orchestrated
incident, indeed there were reports in the South Asian media recently that over
a hundred Pakistani (?) POW's (out of the thousands of Taliban soldiers who
have been captured by the Northern Alliance warlords in Kunduz, Balkh, Mazar
Sharif, Herat, Kabul and Jalalabad in Afghanistan) have been purchased secretly
by Delhi and transferred by air to India. We Sikhs are concerned that this 'future terrorism outrage', now being rehearsed by the
Indian intelligence agencies, could target the beleaguered minority communities
(like the monotheistic Sikhs and Christians or even lower caste Hindus like the
Dalits) in India or Indian-held Kashmir again or the manufactured 'Terrorism
incident' could end up getting a lot of publicity if it damaged some
internationally known edifice like the Taj Mahal, Red
Fort or the Qutub Minar.
On behalf of our 20 million
beleaguered Sikh compatriots (captive and persecuted in India since August 1947
- 3 million Sikh are luckily free in the diaspora) we diaspora Sikhs publicly
appeal to the power-mad, Swastika-worshipping, Brahmin-fundamentalist, BJP
ruling coterie in general, and the over-ambitious and egomaniacal Indian
Interior minister L. K. Advani in particular, that the Indian intelligence
agencies (when orchestrating/ planning future 'incidents of cross-border
terrorism') should spare the Sikh and Christian minorities, as these
monotheistic communities have shed enough innocent blood, during the past two
decades, under the misrule of the Fundamentalist Brahmin caste, inside the
frontiers of the world's largest Castocracy
- INDIA. Over 150,000 Sikh men, women and children have been murdered in the
Indian-occupied Sikh homeland of Punjab, Khalistan, alone in the past eighteen
years by the Indian police and the army in state-sponsored terrorism and
pogroms orchestrated and organized by the morally repugnant Indian rulers. The US State Department in particular and the Western
powers in general should note that we Sikhs have had enough of Indian
state-sponsored terrorism!
Ever since the
start of the Afghanistan military campaign to root out Osama Bin Laden and his
band of terrorists responsible for the horrible 9/11 incidents in the US
(organized by the Coalition powers, lead by the United States and joined by
Pakistan) the morally repugnant - and crafty - Indian rulers have stepped up
diplomatic and covert efforts to rally Washington's support for it's 'Kashmir
problem' by linking it to the US Administration's desire to curb global
terrorism. What is good for the goose is also good for the gander they trumpet
from Delhi to embarrass the United States!
Internationally, such a belligerent attitude-India hopes- will help it in putting Islamabad on the defensive over disputed Kashmir. Here Kashmiri freedom fighters - 'painted' as terrorists by New Delhi - receive support from Pakistan. An angry attitude, they feel, should help Delhi in tarnishing Pakistan's well-appreciated stand in the world community against international terrorism, if Islamabad does not stop helping the Kashmiri's. 'Loud noises'' emanating from New Delhi could also help regain the world attention India lost when Pakistan was considered more 'sexy' by the international community as a frontline state and ally for the military expedition into Afghanistan after the terrible 9/11 terrorism incidents in the United States.
India's domestic
'dirty tricks', belligerent attitude and raising a bogey of a war with Pakistan
the ruling coterie feels that this will help them in the coming Uttar Pradesh
and Punjab state elections where the ruling BJP is in trouble. Secondly this
will also distract the country from the scandal of the hundreds of coffins
imported over two years ago during the Kargil 'war'. The Indian Defence ministry, under George Fernandes, paid over
two thousand US dollars a piece (a hundred thousand Indian rupees) for these
fancy coffins in a squalidly country where a coffin usually costs less than a
hundred rupees.
It is amazing
that this corrupt Defence minister of India, who boasts of commanding the
world's fourth largest armed force is so ignorant of the nuclear 'facts of
life' in South Asia that he sounds really stupid. Defence minister George
Fernandes was quoted yesterday by the Sunday Hindustan Times (Sunday, Dec. 30, 2001- Features section) as having
said during an interview, conducted by Swati
Chaturvedi, headlined; 'We could take a strike and survive. Pakistan won't:

showed his complete ignorance about Pakistan's nuclear advantage, and India's
fatal disadvantage during the winter 'weather window' as the winter monsoon's
wind direction faces towards India.
Pakistan’s lack
of depth on the other hand, becomes an advantage as India cannot nuke Lahore or
Karachi or Islamabad without destroying Amritsar/Jallandhar/Ludhiana/Jodhpur
and Ahmedabad as well. Pakistan on the other hand can make a parking lot out of
Bombay, Bangalore, Benares and Calcutta and would be as much affected by
nuclear fallout, as the United States was when it nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki
in 1945.
Fernandes glibly
wrote off the Sikh homeland, its 20 million people and its holy shrines as
expendable and pontificated that; "Pakistan can't think of using nuclear
weapons... We could take a strike, survive, and then hit back... I do not
really fear the nuclear issue will figure in a conflict with Pakistan." Why can't Pakistan think nuclear? George
Fernandes is so ignorant! So stupid! So anti-Sikh! We hope our Sikh compatriots
in India will save Sikh Punjab from destruction by educating this 'Napoleon',
nay cardboard Caesar. They should publicly ridicule this senile dunderhead by
conveying a message to him, that our impeccable sources in Pakistan, tell us
that General Musharraf will use Tactical and Strategic Nuclear Weapons (TSNW)
if Indian troops lance across the Kashmir Ceasefire line. Also the same sources
tell us that there would be no
deterrence from Pakistan in using the
TSNW if the Indian troops attack or flood the Chamb Jaurian salient with the
water from the illegal Salal Hydro project (on the Chenab river), or even
attack the Haji Pir pass, or try to link up Poonch with Kalgai in the Uri
sector.
